Fiesta Real Estate,Inc is a group of Certified Real Estate Brokers, Realtors, Agents, Engineers and Architects. We represent buyers as well as Sellers. We hope to do real estate business with you. I am the vice president, Treasurer and majority owner of FIESTA REAL ESTATE PHILS. INC. I was the Vice President-External Affairs of REBAP-Baguio Chapter in 1989 to 1990. The great earthquake came in July 16, 1990 that stopped most of us from real estate practice.
I got involved in Direct Selling companies like House of Sara Lee and brought it to Baguio City and expanded to several areas. I brought W. Brown & Company to Baguio City, too and neighboring cities and provinces. I was a Business Manager for seven (7) glorious years until their factory burned down in Indonesia.
I got back in real estate practice just end of August, 2007. We are now into brokerage with our various agents. We are working to develop a simple housing subdivision in Baguio City, and a Beach Retirement Village and build small condominium projects. Each buyer we serve usually become our friend and our services for them never seem to end with their other needs being catered to especially if they settle in our beautiful city. We connect them to the right organizations as well as other social network. We serve to preserve our integrity to shine God's presence and guidance in our lives.
